Dhananjay Gadgil

Dhananjay Gadgil is an experienced executive in manufacturing operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for the Americas at Rockwell Automation. Previously, Dhananjay held various director positions at Rockwell Automation, including Director of Manufacturing Operations for both North America and Asia Pacific. Prior experience includes roles at Emerson, where Dhananjay was Director of Supply Chain for the Asia Pacific region, Director of Materials Engineering, and Director of Materials Planning & Information Systems. Dhananjay began the professional career at Larsen & Toubro as a Sales Executive in the Computer Peripherals Division. Dhananjay holds an Executive Program in Management from Columbia Business School and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
