Don Smith

Don Smith has over 30 years of experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as President at D & L Farms since December 2007. Prior to this position, Don held various consulting roles at Rockwell Automation from 2000 to 2007 and worked as a Project Engineer at Sequencia and Dow Corning between 1988 and 2000. Don earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University in 1988, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution in 1987.
