Joe Hoffman

Joe Hoffman currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Rockwell Automation, focusing on pipeline development efforts for the Americas and EMEA regions within Enterprise Software Sales. With extensive experience at Plex, a subsidiary of Rockwell Automation, Joe has held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Sales Development, where responsibilities included hiring and training a team of Sales Development Representatives and optimizing business processes within Salesforce.
