Laiti Chua

LaiTi Chua is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in embedded software and firmware development. Currently serving at Rockwell Automation since December 2008, LaiTi oversees the Embedded Software/Firmware Department, managing teams of up to 30 engineers for product development and support of Distributed I/O systems. Previous roles include engineering management at Rockwell Automation and technical leadership at Molex and Motorola, where LaiTi made significant contributions, including designing new product architectures and leading firmware teams. LaiTi holds a Master’s degree in Communication Software and Network and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, both from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
