Magda Jagielska

Magda Jagielska is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience management, science communication, and innovation strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience System at Rockwell Automation, Magda focuses on enhancing the customer journey and empowering teams through design thinking training. As the founder of "Science on the Roll," an online course aimed at improving science communication, Magda successfully raised significant funds and trained over 300 scientists. Previous roles include Executive Board Member at the Science Advocates Association, where Magda contributed to organizational culture improvements and funding initiatives, and founding Förk it Productions Ltd., developing a machine learning widget for food blogs. Magda has also held various consultancy and research positions, culminating in strong academic credentials, including multiple degrees from the University of Warsaw and ongoing PhD studies in Sociology and Psychology.
