Michael Stephens

Michael Stephens has extensive experience in the automation and electrical control industries, currently serving as Sr. Business Lead for Intelligent Devices at Rockwell Automation since November 2010. In this role, Michael expanded the product portfolio to incorporate various Intelligent Devices under a unified management structure, overseeing sectors such as PowerControl, Motion, Mechatronics, and Unified Robotics. Previously, Michael held several positions at Rockwell Automation, including Area Manager for Power Control, where focus was on business growth strategies across multiple states. Prior to Rockwell, Michael worked at Irby Co. as an Automation Specialist, managing Allen Bradley Drives and Services, and at American Electric Motors and Burford Electric Motors, further developing skills in P&L responsibility, electric motor repair processes, and customer relations in industrial environments. Michael completed education at Northeast Mississippi Community College and East Mississippi Community College.
