Amanda R. is the Director of People and Culture at Rockwood Leadership Institute. Amanda has experience in various roles such as Senior Staff Engagement and Wellness Manager, Engagement and Wellness Manager, Operations Manager, and Office Coordinator. Amanda also worked at Youth Outside, GLOW Foundation, AmeriCorps VISTA, SEIU, and UC Berkeley in multiple capacities. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Leadership for Sustainability from the University of Vermont, a Coaching Certification, Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Ecopsychology Certificate from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
