Joyce Bartlett

Joyce Bartlett is an experienced professional in program operations and member engagement, currently serving as the Program Operations Manager at Rockwood Leadership Institute since January 2021. Previously, Joyce held the position of Member Engagement and Services Manager at Maryland Philanthropy Network from June 2019 to January 2021 and worked as a Community Support Specialist at McClendon Center between August 2017 and May 2018. Joyce earned a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Community Action and Social Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Graduate School, where studies took place from 2017 to 2019, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Grinnell College obtained in 2015. Additional experience includes roles as an Apprentice at North Carolina Outward Bound Florida Program and a Discovery Facilitator at Thompson Island Outward Bound, as well as advocating for students experiencing sexual assault at Grinnell Advocates from 2012 to 2015.
