Fatima Gazanova

Fatima Gazanova has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fatima is currently the Head of Communications & Sustainability at ROCKWOOL Group since 2022. Prior to that, Fatima worked at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Corporate Affairs professional, where they implemented comprehensive communications and public relations activities. Fatima also played a key role in crisis management and brand promotion.

Fatima had a role at Hitachi, Ltd as the Head of Public Affairs from 2013 to 2016, where they developed and executed marketing and PR strategies, promoted social innovations, and managed media relations. Before that, they served as the Head of Communications for Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan at Electrolux, where they focused on PR strategy development and media relationship management.

Earlier in their career, Fatima worked as a Marketing and PR Manager at Marriott International Inc, handled strategic planning at TNK BP, and served as a PR specialist at Liggett-Ducat (Gallaher Group). Throughout their career, Fatima demonstrated expertise in media management, crisis communication, marketing strategy, and public relations.

Fatima Gazanova completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Sociology from the State University of Management (SUM) from 2016 to 2019. Fatima also studied Marketing at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, although the specific duration is not provided.
