Pia Sandbeck Willert

Pia Sandbeck Willert is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Group Functions at ROCKWOOL Group since February 2025, responsible for global HR operations and leading a diverse HR team. Prior to this role, Pia held the position of Head of HR Business Partnering at Tryg from January 2021 to December 2024, where a focus was on developing a high-performing HR Business Partnering function. Previously, Pia served as Executive Director and Head of People for Europe, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand at LEO Pharma, providing strategic HR leadership and support to senior executives. Pia's career also includes roles at PSW Consulting, where recruitment and HR support were provided to international clients, and VELUX, where strategic HR partnerships were established with the Executive VP and Supply Chain organization. Pia holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Business Economics from Aarhus University and a Diploma in Environmental Management from SOA.
