Amy Williams has had a varied work experience. Amy started their career as a Sales Representative at Pulse Publications in 1998. Amy then worked as an Executive Assistant at Providence Alaska Medical Center from 2000 to 2004. After that, they joined Ohio University Credit Union as a Card Supervisor from 2004 to 2005. Amy then began their tenure at Rocky Brands, Inc., where they held various roles, including Administrative Analyst, Executive Assistant, Customer Compliance Specialist, Director of Customer Service & Compliance, Business Analyst, Director of Accounts Receivable, Vice President of Customer Financial Services, Vice President of Financial Services, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Customer Experience.

Amy Williams earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing from Ohio University from 1994 to 1998. Amy then pursued further education at Capella University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2013 to 2015. During their MBA program, Amy focused on IT Management, Global Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
