Allen Arroyo

Allen Arroyo has a strong background in financial leadership roles, with extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various companies. Allen joined Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. in 2022 as their CFO. Prior to that, they served as CFO at Nevoa Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Allen also worked as an Advisor at FTR Hospitality from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, they were the CFO of Concept Entertainment Group, LTD. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of CFO/Partner at Due North Holdings LLC. In their earlier years, they were the CFO of Blaze Pizza, LLC from 2014 to 2017, where they played an instrumental role in the company's rapid growth. Allen also served as the CFO of Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill from 2011 to 2013 and Mastro's Restaurants from 2007 to 2011. Allen began their career at IHOP, where they held various accounting and financial reporting roles, ultimately serving as the Corporate Controller and Director of Accounting and Reporting.

Allen Arroyo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Allen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, Allen Arroyo has obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the institution of CMA® and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of California.
