Julia Spratt

Associate Director, Developmental & Behavioral Health at Rocky Mountain Human Services

Julia Spratt is the Associate Director of the Department of Behavioral Health at Rocky Mountain Human Services. Julia is responsible for leading and managing the day to day operations of the department to ensure an accountable and responsive service delivery model for people supported by RMHS.

Julia is a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist with over 20 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities across the life span. Clinically, she specializes in Assistive Technology and Augmentative and Alternative Communication. Julia has previously been the owner and director of a private practice in California overseeing these services for clients in school districts spanning Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Most recently, Julia was the Director of Operations for a multi-disciplinary pediatric outpatient clinic in Colorado, before joining RMHS as the Therapy Manager in the Department of Behavioral Health last year.

Julia is focused on creating and implementing innovative strategic priorities and building a core culture within DBH that will support organizational success. She is especially interested in working with community partners and other stakeholders to help close access gaps that exist for under-resourced and/or culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Her approach centers the client and family as the advocate and expert on their own personal experiences, as well as the reduction of barriers to simplify access.
