Lara Martinez is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in managing care and service delivery within the human services sector. Since October 2018, Lara has been leading six teams at Rocky Mountain Human Services, focusing on simplifying access for individuals with both intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as well as non-IDD clients. Prior to this role, Lara served as the Manager of Care Management at Colorado Access, where responsibilities included collaboration and consultation with care management staff to ensure person-centered service plans. Lara's career also includes positions as Branch Manager at Comfort Keepers South Denver and District Manager at both Family Christian Stores and Borders, where leadership skills were honed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of New Mexico.
