Andika Akbar Hermawan

Andika Akbar Hermawan is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and renewable energy, currently serving as a SE Asia Associate at RMI since October 2023. Previously, Andika held the position of Energy Analyst at the International Energy Agency (IEA) from March 2022 to October 2023, focusing on market analysis and the development of energy-efficient buildings across various regions. Andika has also worked as a Summer Research Associate at Vital Strategies, where efforts were made to enhance Jakarta's emissions standards, and gained considerable project management experience as a Lead Project Engineer at Baker Hughes. With a solid educational background that includes a Master of Science from École Polytechnique and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia, Andika has cultivated a diverse skill set in energy analytics, project management, and engineering innovation.
