Kaitlin Crouch-Hess

Principal, Climate-Aligned Finance at RMI

Kaitlin Crouch-Hess is the current Principal of Climate-Aligned Finance at RMI. Kaitlin has extensive experience in sustainability, having served as Sustainability Manager at ING from November 2015 to August 2021. In this role, they oversaw the execution of ING's Climate Strategy through strategic programmes such as their Terra Approach and Environmental Programme. Prior to this, they were Head of the ING Sustainable Procurement Program for Global Procurement from January 2012 to October 2015.

Outside of their work in sustainability, Kaitlin has also been a Head Female Director at The Vineyard, Inc. from January 2007 to December 2008. In this role, they managed all domestic and international female staff and campers.

Kaitlin Crouch-Hess has a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from Harvard University. Kaitlin also has a Professional Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University. Kaitlin Crouch-Hess has a MA in International Relations & International Organization from the University of Groningen. Kaitlin also has a Exchange Program in International Relations from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Kaitlin Crouch-Hess has a BA in International Affairs from Florida State University. Kaitlin is also Valedictorian from Wakulla High School.
