Kelsa Middough

Kelsa Middough, PMP, serves as a Process and Project Manager at RMI since September 2021, where Kelsa has defined strategic roadmaps for aligning cross-functional projects with organizational goals. Previous experience includes a tenure at E Source as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple concurrent consulting projects and implementing an integration strategy for acquired companies. Kelsa has also held roles as Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer, and Construction Supervisor across various construction firms, as well as positions in water conservation, facility supervision, and advocacy. Kelsa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a minor in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
