Natalie Malouf

Natalie is a program assistant for RMI’s Climate-Aligned Industries Program, which focuses on accelerating the decarbonization of hard-to-abate industries. She supports the Program Team as an executive assistant and is a programs and research intern at the nonprofit Center for Responsible Travel, helping develop the organization’s climate action plan to reduce emissions in line with the Glasgow Declaration.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Natalie has worked in diverse roles in international development for more than seven years. Before joining RMI, she was a research intern for Sustainable Travel International, assisting with its Palau Carbon Neutral Project. She has traveled extensively, visiting twenty-eight countries on six continents, and has lived and worked in France and Mauritius. Natalie holds a Master’s in International Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she focused on sustainable development and wrote her capstone project on refugee youth empowerment. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Rhodes College and is fluent in French.
