Rolanda J. Finch

Rolanda J. Finch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational management. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Leadership at RMI since July 2022, Rolanda previously founded It's Your Birthday, Inc. in 2014, where responsibilities include strategic planning and volunteer management. Prior experience at Boeing from 2015 to 2022 as Senior Program Director and Leadership Development Business Leader involved leading critical education programs and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance development initiatives. Rolanda's tenure at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2010 to 2015 included progressive roles culminating in Global Manager, Leadership Development, where solutions aligned with business objectives across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Marketing and Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Clothing in Business from the University of Central Missouri.
