Nikki J. Jones

Nikki J. Jones currently serves as Chief Digital Officer at Rocky Mountain PBS and is the CEO and Founder of Changility LLC, which focuses on transforming perspectives on change on an individual level. A founding member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women in leadership, Nikki has also held prominent roles at NPR as Vice President of Change Management and Transformation, where significant organizational change initiatives were led. Prior to NPR, Nikki gained extensive experience in program management and digital marketing at Sirius XM Radio Inc., Secured Sciences Group, National Geographic Society, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Nikki holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science/Political Science from Coppin State University.
