Pedro Jaime Gutierrez

Pedro Jaime Gutierrez has a diverse background in education, outreach, and leadership, currently serving as a Peak Teacher at Rocky Mountain Prep since June 2017. With experience as the Director of Outreach and Recruitment at Admissions Geek from July 2019 to October 2020, Pedro also worked as a Teach For America Launch Fellow at Rocky Mountain Prep. Prior roles include Outreach and Administrative Assistant at The University of Iowa, where responsibilities included social media and financial management, and Chapter Lead for 5050 in 2020, advocating for women in politics. Additional experiences encompass internships with Scholars at Risk, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, the Attorney General of D.C., and various leadership roles that showcase a commitment to community involvement. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Iowa.
