Alex Salvador

Alex Salvador is a seasoned technology and customer success leader with extensive experience in driving client satisfaction and service delivery. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technology Success at Rocky Mountaineer since June 2023, Alex previously held various leadership roles, including Customer Success Leader and Physician Success Manager at WELL Health Technologies Corp. where the focus was on advising physicians to meet their needs. Prior roles included Site Manager at Long View Systems, Client Success Manager at Nucleus Networks Inc., and Services Architect at Kronos, among others. Alex began a professional career at IBM as a Project Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
