Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at West Coast Railway Association since May 2023, Dylan has held various roles at Rocky Mountaineer, including Supervisor Facilities & Fleet and Onboard Mechanical Tech since June 2021. Previous positions include Conductor at Canadian Pacific Railway and Base Ops Supervisor at Grouse Mountain, where important responsibilities included daily operations oversight, staff training, and guest relations.
