Gurdeep T.

Gurdeep T. has extensive experience in total rewards and people analytics. They started their career at Britco as a Payroll and HRIS Manager, where they handled payroll and benefits for a large number of employees and implemented HRIS systems. They then moved on to Prospera Credit Union as a Manager, Total Rewards, where they developed and administered total rewards programs to drive employee engagement. Currently, Gurdeep is working at Rocky Mountaineer, first as a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, and now as the Director, Total Rewards & People Analytics. In this role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of total rewards programs and working closely with the senior executive team to align strategies with the company's goals.

Gurdeep T. is currently enrolled in the Certified Compensation Certificate Program at World at Work (Total Rewards Association), with an expected completion in 2023. Prior to this, Gurdeep obtained a Payroll Leadership Professional Certificate from Douglas College in 2007. Additionally, Gurdeep holds a Business Administration Diploma from the University of the Fraser Valley, which was completed in 2000.
