Nicole Mezzarobba Ford

Nicole Mezzarobba Ford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nicole began their career as a Personal Trainer at Innovative Fitness, California Fitness and Racquet Club, and Just Ladies Fitness from 2000 to 2004. In 2001, they worked as an Assistant Cruise Director and Fitness Director at Princess Cruises.

From 2006, Nicole held multiple positions at different organizations. Nicole joined the GLOBE Foundation as an Administrative, Marketing, and Communications Support for a brief period in the same year. Following that, they became part of 2010 Legacies Now, where they served as a Coordinator of Communications from 2006 to 2009. Nicole then took on the role of Manager of Games-time Activation, overseeing various strategic initiatives during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. From 2010 to 2011, they served as Manager of Corporate Response, focusing on change management and communications strategy.

In 2011, Nicole moved to LIFT Philanthropy Partners, where they worked as Manager of Communications and Corporate Response. Their responsibilities included developing and executing corporate communication strategies, managing national campaigns, and providing strategic media and communication consulting to non-profits and social enterprises. Nicole continued their role there until 2016.

Most recently, Nicole joined Rocky Mountaineer, starting as Manager of Communications from 2016 to 2018. Nicole then progressed to the role of Director of Communications and Stakeholder Relations until 2022. Nicole currently holds the position of Vice President of Communications, Sustainability, and Stakeholder Relations at Rocky Mountaineer.

Nicole Mezzarobba Ford completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics - Exercise Science from The University of British Columbia, which took place from 1996 to 2000. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Diploma of Technology in Media and Communications - Broadcast Journalism at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
