Ken Hubbard

Ken Hubbard is an experienced fire service leader currently serving as Fire Chief at Rocky View County since March 2021, with previous roles including Deputy Fire Chief and District Fire Chief - Rural. From April 2012 to March 2021, Ken held the position of Deputy Chief - Training & Fire Prevention at the City of Airdrie, focusing on training, staff development, and fire prevention compliance. Ken's extensive career at the City of Airdrie began in June 1985, progressing through various roles such as Assistant Chief - Training and Fire Training Coordinator, alongside volunteer firefighter duties. Ken holds multiple academic credentials from Dalhousie University in Fire Services Administration and leadership, as well as a General Management Certificate from the University of Calgary.
