Hirobumi Kawamura has a diverse work experience. Hirobumi first worked at Rococo Co., Ltd. as a Software Division Manager from October 2002 to October 2006. Hirobumi then served as the Executive Secretary of the President's Office from October 2006 to October 2007. From October 2007 to 2009, Hirobumi held the role of Software Senior Executive Manager at the same company.
In 2008, Hirobumi joined Ci&T Pacific as an Enterprise Architect, a position they held until October 2013 when they became a Program Manager. Hirobumi stayed in this role until September 2015.
Returning to Rococo Co., Ltd., Hirobumi took on the position of Executive Technical Manager from October to December 2015. Simultaneously, they also served as the Head of the President's Office from October 2015 to June 2016.
In January 2016, Hirobumi rejoined Rococo Co., Ltd. as the Group Manager of the Business Innovation & Collaboration Group. In their role, they focused on transforming the company and being a hub for developing innovative leaders and cooperation. Hirobumi participated in various initiatives, including R&D projects, off-shore centers restructuring, and introducing lean IT and OKR management practices. Hirobumi also provided consulting services in management, IT, ERP, BPR, HR, and project management. As the Head of Technology Director since January 2022, Hirobumi continues to contribute to the company's technological advancements without a specified end date for this role.
Hirobumi Kawamura began their education at Ritsumeikan University in 1987, where they studied Physics. Hirobumi then attended Himeji Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronics.
