Eliana Casas

Eliana Casas is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as Commissary Chef at The Miami Beach EDITION, Eliana also has a notable background as a cookbook author, having published works with Rodale Inc. and Pelican Publishing Company, including the award-winning "Cool Kids Cook: Louisiana." Eliana's prior positions include Culinary Voyager at Marriott International, where responsibilities included budget management and menu development, as well as roles at Hillstone Restaurant Group and other notable establishments. Educationally, Eliana holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and trained at the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts.
