Diane Nixon Garstka

Diane Nixon Garstka is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Independent Business Owner and Team Leader at Rodan + Fields since April 2013, Diane has successfully grown a business by prioritizing customer needs and mentoring partners. Concurrently, Diane has been a substitute teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools since December 2009, delivering English education to students in China. Previous experiences include a significant role as the Northern Virginia Regional Coordinator for the Virginia State Golf Association, where Diane developed junior golf initiatives, and positions with Union Bank and American Security, focusing on business development and relationship management. Diane holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University and has also dedicated many years to family as a domestic engineer.
