Melissa Seitz

As Vice President and General Manager APAC at Rodan + Fields, Melissa Seitz oversees Rodan + Fields’ business in Australia and Japan, including the launch of the brand into the Australian market in 2017. Throughout her 20 year career in the direct selling industry, Melissa has successfully launched businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific Rim and supported many women in reaching their full potential through direct sales. Previously, she served as Vice President for Arbonne in Australia and has held various senior positions in Marketing, Field Development and General Management for companies such as Nature’s Sunshine Products and Herbalife. She holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney and a post-graduate degree in Management from Sydney Graduate School.
