Shirley Kimmes

Shirley Kimmes has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies in various roles. Shirley is currently working as the Business Development Director at Rodan + Fields since March 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, Shirley worked at Norwex as the U.S. Regional Sales Manager, where they developed annual sales plans, coached and developed independent consultants, and led opportunity events.

Before Norwex, Shirley served as the Vice President of Sales at NuVi Global from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for delivering sales results and future market growth strategies in the United States, Mexico, and Dominican Republic.

From 2014 to 2016, Shirley worked as the Business Development Director at Zermat International. During their tenure, they created a new training department, opened new markets, and organized sales and recruiting events.
