Kyle Jansson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kyle started their career in 2005 as an R&D Engineering Co-op at GE Healthcare. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Product Engineer at Eaton Hydraulics.

In 2010, Jansson joined Steadman Philippon Research Institute as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. During their time there, they designed a state-of-the-art biomechanics research lab, developed innovative medical devices, and published multiple peer-reviewed publications.

From 2013 to 2014, Jansson worked as a Mechanical Engineer at bb7 and as a Co-Creator and Co-Manager at KelyK LLC.

In 2014, Jansson became a Lead Engineer at Brooks Stevens, Inc. Kyle was responsible for setting up a new CNC machine shop prototyping facility, developing components for motorcycles, and engineering successful product development projects.

In 2016, Jansson became the Director of the Prototyping Center at UWM Prototyping Center. Kyle'srole involved collaborating with public and private sector companies to commercialize product ideas.

Most recently, in 2019, Jansson co-founded RoddyMedical, LLC, where they serve as the Director of Engineering. Kyle played a crucial role in developing their first product, the SecureMove-TLC, which improves patient outcomes in ICU environments.
