Dr. Iffthikar Mohamed MBBS, MBA, PMP serves as the Country Manager for the Norwegian Red Cross in Pakistan since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in humanitarian leadership across multiple countries. Previous roles include Country Representative for the Canadian Red Cross in Bangladesh, Deputy Head of Mission for Médecins Sans Frontières in Libya, and Head of Mission for Secours Islamique France in Pakistan. Other significant positions involve leadership at Islamic Relief Worldwide in Sudan and Somalia, and program management within the Ministry of Health in Sri Lanka.
