Inger Lise Winjevoll Myhre

Inger Lise Winjevoll Myhre currently serves as the Director of HR and Organizational Development at Norges Røde Kors since September 2023. Previously, Inger held various leadership roles at Assessit, including Head of Organization- and Leadership Development, and at Hurtigruten Group, where responsibilities included Head of Change, Vice President of Crew Operations/HR, and Senior Vice President of People & Organizational Development, contributing to the executive management team. Prior to this, Inger worked at Subsea 7 as an HR Business Partner and Manager, and at Master Marine AS as HR Manager, playing a key role in developing HR functions. Additional experience includes consulting positions at SHL Group and a research assistantship at the University of Oslo, culminating in a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from the same institution.
