Sierra Woods is a skilled professional with experience in the dental and orthodontic industry. Sierra has held various roles such as Dental Assistant at TDCJ Clements unit and Nutrition Assistant at Baptist St Anthonys Hosp Corp. Sierra then moved on to become the Director of Orthodontics at Smile Workshop before taking on their current role as Senior Operations Leader- Orthodontics at Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics. Sierra has a degree in Registered Dental Assisting/Assistant from Milan Institute-Amarillo and continued their education at Amarillo College. Sierra is dedicated to making a difference in the Ortho Way Maker.
