Eric Underwood has extensive experience in both political and hospitality sectors. Currently, Eric serves as the Chairman of the Nebraska Republican Party since July 2022 and previously held the same position for the Lancaster County Republican Party from September 2021 to August 2022. In the hospitality industry, Eric has been the General Manager at Rodizio Grill since September 2014 and has held various management positions, including Food & Beverage Director at Hidden Valley Golf Club, where revenue increased significantly under Eric's leadership. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Art with an emphasis on Performing as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
