Cynthia Febryanti

Cynthia Febryanti has extensive experience in office management and executive assistance roles. Cynthia is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Rödl & Partner since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Office Manager for the Government of Western Australia from April 2018 to April 2023. Cynthia also held positions as Office Management at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. from July 2016 to April 2018, Secretary of Managing Director at Piaggio Group from October 2013 to July 2016, and Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company from March 2013 to October 2013. Cynthia's earlier experiences include being an Executive Secretary to President Director at Sony from 2010 to 2013, an Executive Assistant to SVP at HSBC from 2009 to 2010, and a Program Assistant at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) from 2007 to 2009.

Cynthia Febryanti completed their Bachelor's Degree in FISIP at Universitas Indonesia (UI) from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended SMUN 34 from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Cynthia obtained several certifications from Coursera and Google. These certifications include "Six Sigma and the Organization (Advanced)" from Coursera, "Analyze Data" from Coursera | Google, "Digital Transformation with Google Cloud" from Coursera | Google, "Process Clean Data" from Coursera | Google, "Google Cloud Hands-on Lab" from Coursera | Google, "Prepare data for exploration" from Coursera | Google, "Make Data-Driven Decision" from Coursera | Google, and "Foundations: Data Everywhere" from Coursera | Google. These certifications were obtained between December 2021 and September 2022, with excellent grades achieved in each course.
