Michael Parsons

Michael has over 20 years of business and legal experience. Prior to joining Rodo Medical, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Onpharma Inc., a pharmaceutical and medical device company that developed an innovative buffering solution to vastly improve the efficacy and speed of local anesthesia. Onpharma was acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: VRX) in March 2014.

Prior to Onpharma, Michael served as Vice President and General Counsel at Telocity Inc. and DirecTV Broadband (a subsidiary of Hughes Electronics). He has experience in financing transactions, investor relations, and served as a trial and corporate law attorney in San Jose, CA. Michael has a BA in Pre-Law from the University of California Santa Barbara, and a JD from the University of Pacific's McGeorge School of Law.
