Victor C. Lopez

Victor C. Lopez is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Management at Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. since December 2017, Victor has developed and managed client relationships focusing on business development and contract negotiations. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Skanska USA, where Victor oversaw a significant mixed-use development project, and Project Director at Vanir Construction Management, where responsibilities included managing construction programs. Earlier positions included Director of Construction for the Marysville Joint Unified School District and various roles at Vanir Construction Management and Roebbelen Contracting, beginning as a Project Engineer. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
