Dawn further developed their event planning capabilities when they joined Marriott Hotels as a Sales & Event Manager, coordinating all aspects of meetings and special events and effectively selling event space and packages to clients.

Dawn's experience in the hospitality industry continued with their roles as an Executive Meeting Manager at Renaissance Hotels, where they successfully negotiated contracts and collaborated with different departments to meet client needs. Dawn also worked as an Event Sales Manager and Restaurant Manager at Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club, gaining valuable experience in managing sales and ensuring smooth operations.

In 2020, Dawn took on the role of Banquet Captain/Front Desk at The Abbey Inn & Spa, showcasing their multitasking abilities and customer service skills. Dawn then joined Roedel Companies, LLC as a Catering Sales Manager, and quickly progressed to become the Director of Events, demonstrating their leadership and event management expertise.

In 2022, Dawn started their own business, Events at Dawn LLC, as the Business Owner. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Floral Designer at Dawn's Floral Designs, highlighting their creative talents.

Additionally, in 2017, they completed a Crash Course for the First-Time Manager or Supervisor from Fred Pryor.
