Stephen Patton has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Stephen started their career as a Corporate Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Mt. Kisco, NY in 2008 before progressing to become the Front Office Manager and later the Director of Operations at the same hotel. In 2014, they joined Guest Services, Inc. as a Unit Manager, where they managed daily operations and coordinated housekeeping functions. Stephen then worked as the Director of Room Operations at Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, where they built relationships with VIP guests and assisted in revenue management. Stephen became the General Manager at Hotel MTK in 2017, overseeing all aspects of property management. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Regional Director of Operations at Roedel Companies, LLC, where they provide leadership and direction to develop hotel plans and processes.
Stephen Patton received their high school diploma from North Salem High School in the year 2005. Following this, they attended the University of New Haven from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their degree was focused on two fields of study, namely Criminal Justice and Hospitality Management.
