Oliver Groß has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1996, they participated in a trainee program focused on personnel management at Malteser Hilfsdienst. Following that, they worked as a personnel officer at Malteser Hilfsdienst from 1998 to 1999. In 1998, they also joined HEAG Südhessische Energie AG, initially as a personnel officer and later as the head of personnel services until 2004. From 2004 to 2010, Oliver worked at Westinghouse Electric Company, holding various positions, including customer first leader and personalreferent in a deputy personnel management role. Oliver then joined VACUUMSCHMELZE in 2012 and held the position of vice president of human resources until 2021. Oliver also acted as the acting head of human resources from May 2018 to October 2018. In 2021, they became the personnel manager at Allessa GmbH until July 2022. Currently, Oliver Groß is the head of the HR business unit for acrylic products at Röhm, a position they have held since July 2022. Throughout their career, Oliver has been involved in various HR functions such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and labor law matters.
