Kristin Yamaguchi

Kristin Yamaguchi is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the construction and property management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at ROEM Development Corp since March 2010, Kristin has honed expertise in managing general ledger activities, property management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, and budgeting. Prior to this role, Kristin held a similar position at Greenbriar Homes Communities from January 2002 to October 2009, contributing to the development of premium residential properties. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager and Office Manager at Sansei Gardens & New Image Landscape, where Kristin was responsible for a range of financial operations including payroll for over 125 employees, accounts payable and receivable, and material procurement for diverse landscape projects.
