Logan Schmidt

Logan Schmidt is a Developer at Roers Companies. Prior to joining Roers, Logan worked as a Development Associate at Dominium from May 2017 to November 2020. In this role, Logan was responsible for underwriting, financing, entitlements, and project management for multi-family housing developments.

Before Dominium, Logan interned at The Port-Weber Group of Waddell & Reed from May 2015 to August 2015, where they gained experience in security analysis and portfolio management.

Logan has a passion for helping others and making a difference in their community. Logan is excited to continue their career in development and looks forward to making a positive impact at Roers Companies.

Logan Schmidt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a focus in finance, investment, and banking and real estate and urban land economics.
