Firas Takla

Firas (Fred) Takla is an experienced professional in solution architecture and network design, currently serving as Manager Solution Architect and previously as Senior Network Solution Architect at Rogers Communications since April 2001. Firas specializes in designing complex layer 1, 2, and 3 solutions, as well as voice solutions such as SIP trunking and cloud-based IP PBX, while also engaging with top major accounts in Montreal and leading technical efforts in large bids. Prior roles at Rogers included Senior Application Consultant, where Firas provided pre- and post-sale support for wireless solutions, and Network Design Consultant. Firas began their career as a Network Analyst at Axxent Communication. Firas holds a Post Graduate certificate in Internet Business from McGill University and a BA in Management Information Systems from UQAM.
