Kristina Milbourn

Kristina Milbourn serves as the Managing Counsel for Litigation at Rogers Communications since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading the Litigation department, founding the Rogers Piracy Lab, and chairing key initiatives related to copyright and content protection. Prior roles at Hayes eLaw LLP included Director of Copyright and Broadband and Senior Manager of Copyright & Regulatory Projects, contributing to that firm’s recognition as the 2013 Canadian Specialty Intellectual Property Firm of the Year. Kristina began their legal career at Bennett Jones LLP, progressing from Summer Student to Associate. Education includes pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Global Business Law from Columbia Law School, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Western University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Biology, Psychology, and Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
