Andreas Kley

Andreas Kley is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Manager of Quality Systems for Europe at Rogers Corporation since June 2022. Prior to this role, Andreas was the Head of Quality Management at SUSPA GmbH from January 2008 to May 2022, overseeing comprehensive quality management processes, including the PPAP, APQP, and SPC. Responsibilities included professional leadership of a team of nine, external audits, and consulting for R&D with a focus on manufacturability and measurability. Earlier roles included Quality Manager, where Andreas supported automotive customers throughout product development, and R&D Engineer, responsible for design and optimization of electromechanical products. Andreas holds an Engineer’s Degree in mechanical engineering/mechatronics from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and a qualification from the Technical College, Feldbergschule.
