Ben Shi

Ben Shi started their work experience in 2000 as a Facility Manager at Andrew Telecommunication (China). Ben then worked as an Engineering Manager at Unaxis, a company within Oerlikon, from August 2004 to January 2007. In February 2007, they became the Plant Manager at PDS and held the position until October 2012. From July 2012 to June 2013, Ben Shi was the General Manager of PES Asia. Ben then served as the Operations and R&D Director of PES Asia from July 2013 to January 2016. Ben Shi was later promoted to the roles of Global R&D Director for ROLINX in February 2016, and Global R&D Director and Global Operation Director (acting) for PES from September 2018.

Ben Shi has a Master's degree in MBA from Zhongke University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in HVAC from Tianjin University, from 1989 to 1993.
