Christine Baumstark

Christine Baumstark has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Christine started their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they worked as a Business Process Risk Consultant, conducting reviews and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Christine then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Internal Audit Services, performing SOx reviews and assisting clients with internal audits.

In 2003, Christine joined Rogers Corporation as a Plant Controller, overseeing financial responsibilities for a manufacturing plant. Christine also served as the Asia Finance Project Manager, integrating Asian subsidiaries to global standards and playing a key role in ERP implementation. Later, they became the Asia Operations-Finance Manager, responsible for operational reporting and statutory compliance across multiple locations in China.

In 2010, Christine joined Sucrogen BioEthanol Pty Ltd as an Operations Management Accountant, handling operational accounting and reporting for three manufacturing sites in Australia. Christine then moved on to Curamik Electronics GmbH, where they held roles as the Head of Controlling and Finance and Director of Controlling and Finance, providing financial leadership for a $100M product line with global manufacturing and sales.

Since 2013, Christine has been working at Rogers Corporation as the Director of Finance. Christine served as the Director of Finance - Power Electronics Solutions, leading financial operations for a $170M+ Sales Business Unit with manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Finance Business Transformation, leading a workstream to standardize and optimize business processes as part of a global S4 HANA implementation.

Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated a focus on partnering with the business to drive decision-making, improve financial performance, and implement process and system improvements. Christine has also shown proficiency in project management, change management, and ERP implementation.

Christine Baumstark completed their EMBA degree at Rutgers University - Newark in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting & Decision Sciences, from Valparaiso University in 1996-2000. Christine also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
