Deanna Alaniz, M.A., is a seasoned professional in organizational change management with a robust background across various industries. Notable positions include Director of Organizational Change Management at Rogers Corporation, Manager of Organizational Change Management at Service Corporation International, and Change Management Analyst III at LyondellBasell.
